Early-adopter code: 180 days of every GeoPilot planning feature

Published

GeoPilot is giving its first 25 sign-ups an Early Adopter membership: enter the code EARLY-ADOPTER on your profile and every planning feature is unlocked for 180 days. The code works until 1 January 2027 or until 25 accounts have used it, whichever comes first.

What the early-adopter code gives you

An Early Adopter membership unlocks the same planning features as a paid plan for 180 days, and your profile shows the Early Adopter badge while it runs. When the 180 days are up the account returns to the free plan on its own. Redeeming asks for no payment details.

What you can use for 180 days

The free map shows the restrictions in GeoPilot's data for the countries it covers. The membership adds the tools for planning a flight around them:

  • Draw a flight area as a polygon, a circle or a corridor and save it. The flight-area planning guide walks through it.
  • Run the conflict check on a drawn area to list the zones it meets and what each source says.
  • Monitor a saved plan for a future date and get a notification when the airspace picture in GeoPilot's data changes. See the airspace-change alerts guide.
  • Look ahead in time and see which restrictions are active on the day you plan to fly, as in the restrictions-by-date guide.
  • Dimension an operational volume with the SORA planner and screen an operation against the EASA PDRAs.
  • Export coordinates and share links for a plan, covered in the coordinate export guide.

The code does not grant API access. The public developer API is a separate product with its own access and pricing, and it is not part of the Early Adopter membership.

How to redeem the code

  1. Create a GeoPilot account and confirm your email address. Sign-in stays blocked until the address is confirmed.
  2. Sign in and open your profile.
  3. On the Account tab, find the Redemption code box.
  4. Enter the code and press Redeem. The page confirms that your membership is active.

The box appears for accounts on the free plan that have no active membership. If you already have a GeoPilot account on the free plan, you can redeem the code there too.

Why only 25 and why only until 1 January

This is an early-access round. Capping it at 25 accounts means each early adopter's feedback can be read, and the closing date keeps it a round with an end. A code that has reached 25 redemptions or passed 1 January 2027 will be refused, so redeem it while it still works.

GeoPilot is an independent planning tool built on data that national authorities publish. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. A membership unlocks planning features, not permission to fly: before you fly, check the authority's own publication for the country you are in, and do not treat an absence in GeoPilot's data as a clearance.

Start planning

Once the code is redeemed, open the map, pick your country and draw the area you intend to fly. The guide to reading drone geo-zones explains what each colour and effect means before you rely on any of it, and the plans page shows what the membership covers once it ends.
